SUBSTITUTIONS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:In The Event An Item Is Out Of Stock, we will ship balance of Order(if any) & either Back order or replace/substitute with item(s) of equal or greater value(and size&color,etc) .
RETURNS & SPECIAL ORDERS:Please email us or Call if there is a problem with your Order. Any eligible returns will be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. In the event of an authorized return, we will refund your Full purchase Price upon its receipt & inspection less a 15% restocking fee. All items returned must be done within 30 days of purchase date and must be in the same condition/packaging as when originally sold.No Returns accepted without valid Return #. All Shipping fees with associated returns are non refundable unless return was an error originating at Lone Star Bags.SPECIAL ORDERS are to be pre paid and subject to a 15% cancellation fee (up to $299 Order, or 20% if over $299) if Customer decides to cancel Order after Special Order has been placed.
CANCELED ORDERS: Regular Orders that are in the Processing stage Or already shipped which are Canceled or returned by customer are subject up to a 25% service/restock fee upon eventual refund or credit. In addition, If Order has shipped, the shipping fees will be deducted from any Credit or refund.Shipping fees are not refundable.
TRANSIT TIME & LOST,Damaged or undelivered "Uninsured" Orders. Customers are limited to recovery of shipping loss by The Quantity(value) Of Insurance coverage They have purchased for their shipment.Insurance claims are to be processed by Lone Star Bags through the local Post Office and we will offer assistance and file claim paperwork on our end . We Ship "F.O.B." which means essentially that our "ownership" ends and "Yours Begins" when we ship & release custody to the Post Office(or UPS). If no insurance purchased, Loss of Order to be dispositioned at Lone Star Bags discretion. Voluntary substitutions, replacements or CREDITS will be at the discretion of LONE STAR BAGS(Ken & Judy
